There are not a few to fight anxiety. Although many people suffer from it, the
problem is often underestimated.
Describing the mood you experience is not an easy task, but Brittany Nichole Morefield, that was just 23-year-old American, managed to describe the feeling she feels in those moments through a Facebook post.
Brittany Nichole Morefield
Her life has been turned upside down by anxiety and she shared her story to help those who have the same problem.
There are those who sometimes cannot manage it. Her post, which quickly became viral, is accompanied by a photo that Brittany took while she was in the shower trying to calm down. The girl wanted to share her story to help those who have the same problem: "It is not your fault and it is not your end. You are strong. You are intelligent. You are brave," she wrote at the end of her post.
"Anxiety isn’t just having a hard time catching your breath,” she wrote “Anxiety is waking up at 3 a.m. from a dead sleep because your heart is racing. Anxiety is breaking out in a rash for no reason. “Anxiety is crying, real and painful tears. Anxiety is a fight with your spouse, even though you’re not mad.”
Often family members and friends of those who suffer from it fail to notice anything and for some people, it becomes a pathological problem.
